Make up procedure: (We will not begin scheduling makeups until after week 2 of each session)

If you happen to miss one or two classes, you may schedule a time to makeup these classes on a different day.  However, because of the amount of students in a class, it is important that you...

1. Email- office@tinytunesmusictime.com- AT LEAST 48hrs before the specific day and time you are requesting for your makeup class.
2. Make certain that you receive approval via email for your makeup class before you attend.
3. It is very helpful to us if you could email- office@tinytunesmusictime.com when you are planning to miss a class.  This will assist us when scheduling a makeup in your place.
4. Please make sure to check our website "Homepage" on your make up day.  If for some reason class is canceled for that day it will be posted there.
5. Makeup class CAN NOT be carried over to other sessions and families will not be compensated for classes that they did not makeup. 

Bringing a sibling (occasionally) or friend request:

1. Follow steps 1-2 above.
2. Please know that if a sibling/or friend who is not registered attends, there may not be enough instruments for them to have their own, but they may use the "Parent" instruments.  Only if there are families in the class not in attendance can they take the same amount as the registered students.
3. Please DO NOT let children who are currently NOT enrolled have first dibs on the instruments over registered students.
